What are the differences between the types of massage?

RELAXATION: In a relaxation massage the touch is firm but gentle with long gliding movements it is not painful in any way and you should have a deep sense of relaxation.

DEEP TISSUE: In this type of massage the touch is deeper and there may be some discomfort where the tissue is holding. As the muscle begins to release, the discomfort will ease. In this type of massage you should have a sense of relaxation that should last a little longer than the relaxation massage.

MEDICAL MASSAGE: In this type of massage we are working with injury's or disease's and the goal of this is to ether help the client manage the disorder or to help the muscles through a healing process. This will have some discomfort and as the healing process progresses you will experience less discomfort and your movement will feel freer.
